These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Services

Solid Furniture designs and manufactures high-quality furniture, kitchens, interiors, and prefabricated saunas. Many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, which may affect delivery times and return rights (see Section 6).

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are stated in [currency] and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

  • Payment methods: [e.g. bank transfer, credit card, invoicing terms].

  • For custom projects, partial prepayment may be required before production begins.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within Finland, the EU, and internationally.

  • Delivery times depend on the product type (stock, made-to-order, custom). Estimated lead time will be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Delivery costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Risk of damage passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. Any transport damage must be reported to the carrier immediately and to Solid Furniture within 7 days.

6. Returns and Cancellations

  • Standard products purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Custom-made and made-to-measure products (including furniture, interiors, kitchens, and saunas made according to customer specifications) cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranty

  • Solid Furniture products are designed and manufactured for long-term use.

  • Warranty coverage (if applicable) will be specified per product or project contract.

  • Warranty does not cover natural variations in wood, wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

8. Liability

  • Solid Furniture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and designs—is the property of Solid Furniture or used with permission. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be settled through negotiation. Consumers may also bring disputes before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).

11. Changes to Terms

Solid Furniture reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
