Refund Policy
1. General
This Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by Solid Furniture. We comply with the consumer protection laws of Finland and the European Union.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers have the right to cancel and return any standard product purchased online within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Custom-Made Products and Tailored Services

Custom-made or made-to-measure products (such as furniture, kitchens, interiors, and saunas manufactured according to customer specifications) are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Such products cannot be returned unless they are defective or otherwise non-conforming with the contract.
4. Defective or Damaged Products

If a delivered product is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the order, the customer has the right to make a complaint and request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund, in accordance with consumer protection law.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.
5. Refunds

Refunds will always be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
